It travels within a rough 20foot circle. It allows you to do large items and strange shapes that a cabinet may make more difficult. It also will take up less shop space. you may get dirt and spooge in the media though, and that could clog the gun if you reuse any media on the canvas/groundcover ^^stolen from another site^^
